I have had the original one the 13 year old designed and sold for awhile.....many, many years old!!! Still working GREAT! I have been looking for the scooper for YEARS! I am so thankful to FINALLY find your site. I can't believe you don't supply these to pet stores across America!!! There's not a better scooper available! Thank-you!
How long did it take you people to receive your scooper? I orded and paid awhile ago and they won't respond to my multiple emails requesting status after weeks.

Seriously, if you want a scoop that is a super easy way to do dog doody, this is it. I implore you to buy it! I'm incredulous at the simplicity of this design.

I requested a replacement after the scoop broke at the connection of the handle to the scoop. I initially received a message saying that the company would replace the scoop if I paid the shipping. I was willing. Then the thread and follow up went silent.
